Meal charges are worked out on a yearly basis with consideration for absences, holidays and illness and therefore are non-refundable

LAte collection CharGe
Late collection is charged per 10-minute block late (paid via BACS Bank Transfer only) - it keeps staffing right for every child.

Termination Notice
Whether it is you or us who wishes the Child to stop attending, one month's written notice is required to be given from either party

How to pay
Fees can be paid via BACS, Childcare Vouchers, or Tax-Free Childcare, whichever suits your circumstances. Funded Hours reduce your bill directly and don't require separate payment. If you receive Universal Credit, ask us about the childcare element, it may cover more of your costs than Tax-Free Childcare. Meals are charged separately from the care fee but can be paid using any of the above. Late collection is charged per 10-minute block and is payable by BACS only.
